Refund policy
DUE TO COVID-19 AND THE PERSONAL NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS: THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
If items are damaged during shipment, a claim must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the item(s). All claims must be submitted to empressnaturalsllc@gmail.com with name of customer, tracking number, and photos of the damaged product(s). It will then be at the discretion of Empress Naturals LLC, to process the claim within 3-5 business days and issue a STORE CREDIT if the claim is approved.
